1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 39Proxy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our service utilizes an anonymous registration system. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the infrastructure.

2. Anonymous Registration

We operate on a strict anonymity-first principle:

• No Personally Identifying Information (PII) is required for account creation.
• Users are solely responsible for their 15-digit Session IDs and Master Passwords.
• Because we do not store emails or names, lost credentials cannot be recovered.

3. Acceptable Use

The Service must not be used for illegal activities including but not limited to DDoS attacks, distribution of malware, or unauthorized access to third-party networks. Violation of this policy results in instant session termination without refund.

4. Payment Policy

All payments are processed via LTC (Litecoin). Due to the non-reversible nature of the blockchain and our anonymous delivery model, all transactions are final. No refunds will be issued once network resources are provisioned.
